The person currently in this role at our client's office is moving out of the area, so a new hire who can start quickly would have the advantage of sitting with the outgoing team member to learn the role.
It's a full-time, in-office position working 7am to 4pm Monday through Friday, with a variety of responsibilities including:
- processing accounts payable and receivable
- handling expense reports
- working closely with the company's sales coordinator
- helping to answer phones
- learning what is needed to support HR and benefits
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience with Sage software, exposure to the accounting functions, and a willingness to work in a small office setting where everyone pitches in as needed. This opening is intended to be filled on a temp-to-hire basis, with starting pay set by the client depending on the experience level of the candidate chosen.
