Our client needs someone who has receptionist experience and the availability to work 8-5 Monday through Friday, for at least the next few weeks. In this role, you'll be covering a leave of absence for the company receptionist and will be handling as much as possible of these responsibilities:
- greeting and registering visitors; issuing badges
- handling logs and safety sheets for any personal protective equipment needed in the building
- answering and directing incoming phone calls
- sorting and distributing mail
- working within MS Office files
The pay rate for this coverage will be set based on the skillset of the candidate selected for this coverage, since the work within MS Office requires a certain amount of proficiency. Your experience will determine how much of the workload you can capably take on during the assignment.
