In this role, you would handle incoming service orders, scheduling, billing support and patient records updates for our medical supply client. It's intended to be a full-time (8-5) position with benefits, preferably for a candidate with service-related customer service experience.
A typical day would have you handling:
- incoming phone or in-person orders for medical supply products
- data entry input related to orders or new patient file setup
- collection and entry of payments from walk-in customers
- investigating questions on charges or accounts for existing customers
- helping with any trade show activity and other marketing efforts
- scheduling deliveries or pickups for products
It's a match for someone who is comfortable interacting with customers of all ages, and who has solid math skills for regular use in calculating discounts, interest, proportions, etc. Our client has multiple locations, and the ideal candidate will be available to work in surrounding offices as needed.
