Title:  Temporary AP/AR Clerk
Location:  South Bend
Salary Range:  $18/hr.
Position:  A/P and A/R
Description: 
Our client would like to add a part-time position through the end of the year and through January to help with the accounting and administrative workload. Working for 4-5 hours per day on an agreed-upon schedule, you would be helping with:
  • accounts receivable collections
  • accounts payable voucher processing
  • other administrative tasks

It's a match for someone who is proficient with MS Office products and has knowledge of general accounting functions. You will be working in a setting that is friendly and helpful, for an admired locally-owned business that is a technology leader. The work will require a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in the projects assigned, so it's an assignment for someone who enjoys a task that needs your talent for thoroughness and organization.
