Title:  Intake Coordinator
Location:  South Bend
Salary Range:  $17-18/hr.
Position:  Customer Service
Description: 
Our client's opening is a full-time one, with 8-5 hours in office and great benefits. It's a match for someone who is looking for an opportunity to use your customer service skills in a setting where families in the community will benefit. As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
  • collect eligibility information for various social services programs
  • make determinations about enrollments for financial assistance according to regulations and standards provided
  • maintain program quality standards and guidelines
  • attend inter-agency meetings and other relevant events

You'll need to bring a background showing education and experience related to business administration, employment or job training/HR skills, social services, or communications. In this role, you'll work with minimal supervision so it's also a match for someone who has previously been successful working independently and with reliable communication and mathematical skills. This is a great way to combine your business and professional knowledge with your heart for helping others.
