Title:  Administrative/Accounting Clerk
Location:  Mishawaka
Salary Range:  $19-20/hr.
Position:  A/P and A/R
Description: 
Our client's front desk is a unique combination of administrative and accounts payable/receivable duties, and a unique workweek of four 10-hour days Tuesday through Friday. While the office is open until 6:30 daily and that is the end of the workday, the start time can be a little flexible depending on your lunch hour arrangement. The opening is coming about due to a promotion, and you'll work with the current person to take over the responsibilities for:
  • invoicing
  • inputting payables
  • taking incoming calls and greeting visitors (low traffic)
  • scanning
  • other processing of AR and AP related to the organization's three divisions

The setting is casual (nice jeans) and laid back, with medical and 401(k) benefits in addition to the 3-day weekends. It's a match for someone who knows QuickBooks and the general process of handling AP and AR, and who interacts with coworkers and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
