Our client has a need for coverage for this function starting in late September and lasting through approximately year-end. This would be a match for someone who can commit 20 hours weekly, ideally working 9am to 1pm Monday through Friday. While recruiting background is ideal and will pay the higher end of the pay scale, a friendly personality with strong communication and administrative/organizational skills can be considered.
The duties that need to be covered will include:
- calling candidates to schedule interviews
- performing reference checks
- serving as backup for the receptionist
- helping with special projects such as benefits enrollment or company events
It's a match for someone who is organized, who likes to have multiple tasks going simultaneously, has a friendly personality and good sense of humor, and who can work independently when called upon to do so.
