Our client has an opening designed to support the HR Manager by handling recruiting activities and other projects. This would be a match for someone who can commit 40 hours weekly, working in office Monday through Friday. While recruiting background is ideal and will pay the higher end of the pay scale, a friendly personality with strong communication and administrative/organizational skills can be considered.
The duties that need to be covered will include:
- calling candidates to schedule interviews
- performing reference checks
- serving as backup for the receptionist
- helping with special projects such as benefits enrollment or company events
It's a match for someone who is organized, who likes to have multiple tasks going simultaneously, has a friendly personality and good sense of humor, and who can work independently when called upon to do so.
