Title:  Sales Administrator
Location:  Elkhart
Salary Range:  $25/hr.
Position:  Sales secretary
Description: 
This opening in our client's offices comes about due to the retirement of a long-time sales secretary, and is a match for an experienced candidate at the top of their game in professionalism and communication. It's a full-time position working 8-5 Monday through Friday, with the option to end your workday at 4pm if you choose to work through lunch.

Working for a small business contractor that takes great pride in its operation, this position is a key role in running the office efficiently and interacting with customers. A typical day or week might see you:
  • helping the sales staff prepare proposals
  • working on marketing pieces
  • answering phones
  • assisting in the showroom
  • scheduling and confirming customer appointments

It's a match for someone whose previous experience proves proficiency on the telephone, familiarity with MS Excel, and great communication in person, by phone, and in writing. The dress code is business casual, with jeans acceptable on Fridays; and the benefits package is outstanding for a small business, with full medical, retirement and paid vacations.
