In our client's busy HR department, this need will start out as a temporary one but there is a strong possibility it could turn into a permanent part of the team for the right person! For now, what's needed is an experienced candidate who can commit to a Monday through Friday 8-4 schedule to help with recruiting. Typically this would involve:
- screening applications
- phone pre-screening
- in-person interviews
- coordinating drug screen and background checks
- doing onboarding
- setting up new files
While the ideal candidate will have previous experience with these responsibilities, along with HRIS or tracking systems, a strong administrative support background with transferable systems and skills could be considered as well. You'll need to be proficient with MS Office and proven to be trusted with confidential information.
