Our client's corporate offices will be adding to the payroll processing team. This will be a match for someone looking for a full-time (8-5 Monday through Friday, in-office) position in a team setting, with starting pay based on experience in:
- working with Excel spreadsheets at a high level of proficiency
- using ADP systems for large volumes of employees
- handling payroll change notices
- running punch details for plant managers
- making changes/additions/deletions to time card punches and system entries
- answering employee questions about pay
- filing
For consideration for the opening, you'll need to bring strong communication skills on the phone and in person, along with proven accuracy in data entry and proficiency in using Excel. The top end of the pay scale will be for candidates with previous exposure to ADP. You'll be assigned your own payroll batches and locations, so the job will be a combination of working independently and with a team; all while requiring a high level of confidentiality.
