Title:  AP/AR and Customer Service
Location:  Granger
Salary Range:  $20-25/hr.
Position:  Accounting Clerk
Description: 
In our client's small business office, this position is being created for the person who can wear several hats and work a 30 hour/week schedule. Ideally from 10-4 or 11-5 daily (or possibly 4 full days), this position would handle:
  • Customer Service as the first point of contact for phone and online inquiries
  • Accounts Payable data entry, reporting, and payments
  • Accounts Receivable invoicing, processing deposits, following up on late accounts

It's a match for someone with excellent phone skills, experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and the desire to be part of a small team. It's a casual (jeans), collaborative environment with benefits available for this position and a unique line of work.
