Title:  Administrative Support (part-time)
Location:  Mishawaka
Salary Range:  $22/hr.
Position:  Administrative
Description: 
This is a prime part-time opportunity for the experienced administrative candidate who can commit to two days each week indefinitely, with the possibility (but not the requirement) of taking on more hours after a future staff retirement. Meanwhile, the role is designed to handle a workload for this professional services firm that will include:
  • preparing letters
  • putting together mailers
  • managing work orders
  • other projects as assigned

The nature of the work requires the kind of person who takes notes and pays attention to detail so that the work orders are correct and the company's response to them is accurate and satisfactory. It will be important to have the kind of customer service focus, team player attitude, and ability to roll with the punches that make even a part-time staffer a valuable part of the operation. There is some flexibility in designing that part-time schedule, with 15-20 hours being preferred and Tuesdays and Thursdays being the ideal days for the workflow.
