Our client operates a well-respected, family-owned professional services office where a candidate will be needed at the front desk. The job will have typical front desk duties of answering phones and greeting visitors, but since it's a small office team there is more responsibility and challenge to it:
- scheduling client appointments
- coordinating marketing efforts
- providing administrative support to the owners
- keeping the operation organized.
The office hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday, and it's a very relational business so this is a match for someone who truly enjoys interaction with people. The best candidate will have a background as a receptionist or administrative assistant and be looking for a long-term, family-friendly home. Retirement benefits and PTO are available.
