Title:  Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Location:  Elkhart
Salary Range:  $19-20/hr.
Position:  Administrative Assistant
Description: 
Our client's opening is a Monday-Wednesday-Friday schedule, working from 8am to 4:30pm on those days in a casual setting. (There is the option to arrange a schedule that leaves at 4pm depending on lunch hour choices.) This is a family-owned small business where you would be working directly with the owner and trusted with confidential information, so it's a match for someone with previous experience that proves integrity as well as attention to detail.

Starting pay will be based on experience, with benefits also offered for this role, so it's a highly desirable part-time position for the right person! You'll be processing payments, using MS Office and QuickBooks for invoicing and other data entry, making travel arrangements, arranging logistics, and possibly handling other responsibilities as the position develops. The role is worked at the business front desk so the right person is someone who can be trusted with multiple responsibilities and is open to whatever is needed to make the office run efficiently.
