Our client's professional offices need a front desk candidate who will fill a full-time role from 8-5 Monday through Friday, greeting clients and visitors and representing the law firm in the best possible manner. Other responsibilities you'll handle will include:
- handling incoming phone calls and messages
- appointment scheduling and staff calendars
- incoming and outgoing mail management
- email correspondence and document prep
- document management such as copying, filing or scanning
- keeping the meeting room organized and stocked for use
- monitoring and ordering office supplies
There might be other projects or administrative tasks not listed here as you help the office run efficiently. You'll need to be proficiently with MS Office, able to work on multiple tasks at any given time, and keep a friendly, approachable attitude. Ideally, the candidate chosen will have some previous exposure to legal terminology and procedures although it's not a requirement; starting pay will be set based on the level of experience brought to the table. The position will be eligible for PTO and health insurance as well as a 401(k) plan, and the law firm is known for community service and career support of its staff.
