Title:  Customer Service/Project Manager
Location:  Mishawaka
Salary Range:  $18/hr.
Position:  Customer Service
Description: 
This opening is a match for someone who is enjoys the world of technology, since you'll be interacting with customers who are purchasing the latest internet-based services for their business operations.  Our client is a family-owned business with a solid record of success (we are a customer ourselves), and a focus on staying on top of the industry.

In the role, your responsibilities will look like this:
  • answering calls with customer requests for service and quotes
  • attending meetings with customers to help understand their needs
  • overseeing project management for a customer
  • helping a customer through installation and training
  • serving as a resource to your customers as they use their new systems
  • properly dispatching technicians when on-site technical help is appropriate

The job is intended to be a full-time (8-5) position, with benefits provided upon hire.  It's a small office setting, with growth opportunities for a team player who understands the commitment to the customer and the reason you might stay past 5:00 once in a while until that customer's problem is resolved.
