Our client's local service department facility is going to bring in some administrative support over the busy season (the next 4-6 months), with the possibility that business may be enough to turn this into a permanent job in the location. So you can look at it either as a great long-term temporary assignment, or as a possible new home if that is on your radar. Either way, the work itself will have full-time hours of 8-4 Monday through Friday and will involve:
- data entry into multiple software programs and third-party vendor systems
- scanning, labeling and filing service records
- creating reports for use by the service department team
- providing phone coverage for the location
- cross-training to backup other functions in the office as needed or to perform projects for the corporate office
You'll need to bring a good working knowledge of MS Office products and a work history that proves your ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills. Additionally, you'll need to be experienced with working in shared file drives such as Google Drive, and in systems that require shared data protection. The pay rate for this assignment will be set based on the skill level of the candidate selected, with the higher end reserved for candidates who also bring experience with commercial billing processes.
Should the position become something with permanent possibilities, that will be evident before the end of the six months and in that case it would come with a full set of excellent benefits upon hire. A candidate working on a temporary-only basis would be given the opportunity to apply but would be under no obligation to do so.
