In our client's full-time (8-5) position, you'll serve as the patient's point of contact for all medical spa services, providing information about the staff, the overall practice, and the procedures. You'll also be cross-trained to answer questions that patients might have about scheduled elective surgeries.
Your responsibilities might include:
- handling phone calls
- scheduling appointments
- check-ins for appointments
- consultations to handle questions
- assisting with product purchases
- maintaining patient charts
- providing information on upcoming procedures
- creating invoices
- managing payments
