This position is a match for someone with a background in project management, ideally with construction knowledge, since it is the right-hand person for the executive in charge of multiple building projects in the area. Your responsibilities will include:
- preparing, putting out, and reviewing RFPs to the vendors and subcontractors
- doing the purchasing to stay within the budgets for the projects
- managing all the reporting and compliance activities
There will also be public meetings to attend and volunteer project coordination under this person's responsibility so it's a big role with lots of visibility in the community. You'll need to be proficient in MS Office, experienced in managing workflows and resources, and knowledgeable of construction processes.
