Our client's current office manager will be retiring, and the search is on for a worthy replacement! As a key part of this small business operation, you'll be handling such functions as;
- payroll
- accounts payable
- bookkeeping entries
- compliance reports
The office is a team of 15 and works hours of 7am to 4pm with a casual feel and the ability to wear multiple hats as needed. The office manager in particular will need to operate with integrity and confidentiality. It's also a match for someone with solid accounting and MS Office skills, and previous experience as an office manager so that you can easily transition into the role. Benefits are available, and starting pay will be set based upon that experience level.
