This opening is a match for someone who wants to use your strong administrative skills where the end result of your work does a great deal of good in the community. It's a combination of paperwork and helping tenants, so you'll get plenty of interaction in the role.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Generating reports
- Matching tenants to available leases
- Documenting necessary inspections
- Conducting new tenant orientations
- Monitoring applicable checklists for compliance with governmental certifications
- Requesting contractor services when needed
- Facilitating monthly resident and council meetings
This is a full-time (8-5 Monday through Friday) in-office job with an on-call rotation for handling emergency after-hours calls. The benefits and rewards of the job are great!
