Our client's long-time local practice is adding an attorney, and this position will support the increased business that brings. The opening is full-time (8-5 Monday through Friday) with very nice full benefits. Starting pay for the position will be set based on a combination of experience and the overall benefits package chosen.
It's a match for someone who will be comfortable working in a culture that is aggressive yet professional. Most of the work will likely be related to intellectual property, but our client would at least like to see experience handling:
- county filings
- contract disputes
- eviction filings
