This position in our client's manufacturing operation offices will provide administrative support related to inventory and shipping processes. You'll work the same hours as those operations - choosing a schedule of either 6 - 2:30 or 7 - 3:30 with also a choice of a 30-minute or a 1-hour lunch; a great chance to design a workweek that suits you. The setting is casual (jeans) but clean, and you'll float between three different office settings so it's a match for someone who likes the idea of being mobile.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- order entry
- billing
- logistics
- cycle count
- checking inventory discrepancies
- preparing production schedules
- checking incoming and outgoing load counts
- completing paperwork needed on the floor
- handling special projects as needed.
The best candidate for the job will have previous exposure to these aspects of production but with a strong computer and administrative skill set. Our client is looking for someone who wants a career office position and is willing to learn and fill this role on a temp-to-hire basis with full benefits upon hire.
