Our client's medical practice is well-loved and an important part of the community. This opening is part of a team serving patients at the front desk, and it's a match for someone with previous office experience, an understanding of medical terminology, and an attitude of service.
To properly staff the office hours, each patient service representative needs to be able to work a schedule that includes some early mornings and 2 late evenings per week. Your 40-hour schedule would be worked between 6:45am and 7:15pm (5:15 on Fridays). The role handles responsibilities such as:
- greeting patients and handling their registrations and insurance information
- doing data entry
- managing scheduling for multiple professionals in the office
- preparing reports
