The environment is relaxed and casual (jeans) and there is some flexibility in the pay rate for this assignment.
It's a match for someone who can give full-time hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday mornings if the workload gets busy, with flexibility in designing a schedule at other times during the year. While the primary interest is in your knowledge of tax returns as needed, there is work available handling small business bookkeeping as well.
