Our client's showroom needs a professional candidate to greet visitors and provide the administrative support that it takes to run an efficient operation. In a very nice, open environment you'll be handling such activities as:
- answering and directing phone calls
- recording payment transactions
- doing data entry and scanning.
It's a match for someone who understands basic accounting concepts and who can work hours that are just a little bit different than the typical office schedule. In this setting, your days start later (9:30am) and end at 6:30pm Monday through Friday. You might work occasional Saturdays, but in exchange you would have a weekday off. Full benefits are available upon hire, along with employee discounts, so this is a place to make a home if you like the idea of interacting with the public and setting the tone for the operation!
