Our client has an opportunity for someone who would enjoy being part of a team of service department schedulers for its contracting business. It's the kind of job that is busy and never boring, and you'll be able to train with the outgoing (retiring) team member. The office setting is casual/jeans, with hours of 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday.
A typical day will have you handling such tasks as:
- answering phone calls from customers, technicians, estimators, or vendors who need you to complete a task
- setting up PO's and work orders in the system
- learning to do billing
- managing the time card information to match to job orders
- proofing contracts, service tickets and job costs
It's a match for someone who plays well with others and has a combination of customer service aptitude and math/detail skills.
