Our client's specialty business will be hiring an additional person to handle orders as they ramp up for a busy season. The need will start out as a temporary assignment, with the intention being the the right person would be added to the team permanently. This is a match for someone with a calm, capable demeanor who can work at a fast pace to handle:
- incoming orders
- email communication
- customer and pricing databases
- working through any order discrepancies or troubleshooting
- preparing reports for use by purchasing, warehouse, and sales staff
- handling incoming customer calls
- overseeing inventory and shipping records
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of the RV industry and previous order entry experience. Starting pay will be set based on that experience, with full benefits offered upon hire. This is a company in growth mode, offering a chance to join a small team steadily turning into a larger one!
