Salary Range:  $21/hr.
Position:  Administrative Assistant
Description: 
Our client's rock star of an administrative assistant is retiring, so this is a match for someone who knows they can fill big shoes! Ideally, the person selected will have at least 5 years' experience in a strong administrative support role and/or possibly even a 2-year degree.

The opening is one that supports the executive team of a large firm, performing tasks like:
  • managing the calendar
  • assisting with subcontractor communications and purchases
  • maintaining a database and reports that will require proficiency with Excel and Word

Starting sometime after the first of the year, the person selected can do some training with the outgoing administrative assistant.  Once the position becomes yours, it's an 8-5 Monday through Friday job with excellent benefits including stock options.
