Title:  Administrative Assistant (part-time)
Location:  South Bend
Salary Range:  $17-18/hr.
Position:  Administrative Assistant
Description: 
Our client's small corporate/non-profit office needs some clerical work handled on a flexible schedule, arranging about 20 hours per week to suit both the person chosen and the workload. A typical day would have you handling a variety of tasks such as:
  • answering and transferring phone calls
  • distributing incoming mail
  • working on special projects for the director
  • coordinating schedules and calendars
  • monitoring and ordering office supplies
  • doing data entry work
  • filing records
  • generating correspondence and reports

It's a match for someone who brings experience in dealing with people in person and over the phone, with a background that ideally includes some high-level planning experience. You'll need to know MS Office well and be proficient with working on the computer to perform multiple tasks. This is a great opportunity to set up a long-term arrangement in a smaller, professional office setting.
