Title:  Office Assistant (part-time)
Location:  Elkhart
Salary Range:  $19/hr.
Position:  General clerical
Description: 
This opening is with a small business client who wants to set up a 20/hr. week schedule that includes Thursdays (but no Fridays!) and otherwise can be flexible to suit both parties. It's a match for someone who can work independently, since this is the only true office position that supports the owner and the business.  You'll need to be able to step in and handle duties like:
  • filing and scanning
  • entering payroll hours for the payroll service company
  • scheduling services and ordering supplies for the office
  • keeping up the online presence for the business
  • typing up quotes

You'll need to bring a strong administrative background and good communication/grammar skills to be the right-hand person the business owner and his team need. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important and appreciated role, while not needing to work full-time. The job will be filled on a temp-to-hire basis for the right person, intended to become a long-term arrangement.
