Our client's business provides support to the healthcare industry, and this role would have the option to work remotely as long as you are also available to come in to the local office as needed. Candidates should be able to commit to hours of 8-5 Monday through Friday, and bring knowledge of ADA and FMLA guidelines as you work with:
- benefits
- some recruiting and onboarding activities
- employee relations
- record keeping
- timekeeping.
It's a match for someone looking for a career in HR, with either a degree or at least one year experience handling related responsibilities. You'll also need proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, as you interact and share information remotely. While the initial need is designed as a temporary assignment, our client expects some form of this job to become a permanent opportunity so you may approach it either way.
