Our client is going to be adding a full-time position as the current person handling these duties transitions into another role. The office hours will be 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday, and the starting pay will be set based on the experience level of the candidate selected.
It will be important that the incoming HR Manager brings some level of experience/knowledge in these areas:
- maintaining in-house payroll systems
- handling new hire paperwork, benefits, and ongoing employee paperwork including unemployment claims
- managing documentation needed for compliance and personnel files
- conducting interviews for hourly staff
- ACA reporting needs
