In the role, your responsibilities will look like this:
- answering calls with customer requests for service and quotes
- attending meetings with customers to help understand their needs
- overseeing project management for a customer
- helping a customer through installation and training
- serving as a resource to your customers as they use their new systems
- properly dispatching technicians when on-site technical help is appropriate
The job is intended to be a full-time (8-5) position, with benefits provided upon hire.
