Our client's opening is a match for a candidate with at least three years' experience in a customer service-related role, where you have a solid foundation to build on and are ready to move to the next level of responsibility for customer accounts. In this line of business, you'll use your skills in marketing and sales in a unique way as you help to prep proposals that involve some general design work with Adobe, so it's also a match for candidates who bring that combination of talents with them.
In this role, working a full-time (8-4:30 Monday through Friday with a bit of an early leave on Friday), you'll support sales personnel by working directly with customers on their orders. As part of servicing customer accounts, you'll identify new or additional services and pricing for those services that may benefit the customer. Starting pay for this opening can be set based on the experience level of the candidate selected, and the job comes with a very impressive benefits package as well.
