You will collaborate and provide support to marketing, sales, product development and customer service teams to help them achieve their goals by being the go-to person who handles:
- SEO best practices for inventory, pre-orders, product listings and pricing
- The e-commerce journey for clients from lead generation conversion to post-purchase follow-up
- Oversight of the return process
- Generating reports from major sites such as Amazon, E-Bay, Walmart ecommerce and Shopify and tracking those metrics
- Doing customer service that monitors feedback, reviews and ratings and pinpoints trends
