As a successful CSR, you must understand all aspects of client's business to resolve various types of customer issues. You will show empathy or sensitivity to the customer regarding any issue raised. Excellent follow through required when tracking shipments, confirming shipping and delivery dates, providing price quotes, and contacting customers regarding any delays.
