Title:  Temporary HR Assistant

Description: 

Our client has a need through approximately year end for help in its HR department.  This is a healthcare provider where lots of pre-employment screening and ongoing documentation is part of the hiring process.  The assistant will create, audit, and maintain employee files; handle onboarding and time off work records, and provide a variety of administrative support to HR executives including meeting attendance and minutes preparation.  This can be done on a mutually agreeable schedule of between 30-40 hours weekly.  The ideal candidate will have previous exposure to HR functions; all candidates should have a solid administrative support work history.  This is a friendly office environment in an organization experiencing rapid growth but making sure that work is fun.  The long-term outlook for this department is a relocation near the end of this year, so this need is either anticipated to end at about that time or possibly to become a relocation option for the right person interested in a career move.
