Description: 

In this position, you'll coordinate all aspects of facilities services needed by large stores or other operations.  This could mean finding vendors and contractors, arranging schedules, securing quotes, and working through any customer service-related issues that come up.  Any background in property management or construction can be a plus when learning this job; all candidates should bring experience in a customer service focused job.  You'll also be tested for your computer aptitude since you'll use Word, Excel and Outlook every day.  Our client offers a full-time schedule that can have a daily start time between 7:30 and 8:30 as long as you create and stick to a mutually-agreeable regular schedule.
