Our client runs a successful insurance agency and would like to add support staff.  A background in customer service is ideal, as much of the role will involve handling customer inquiries and collecting the information needed to prepare quotes.  Candidates who are new in their careers and open to training and advancement are ideal, although you need not have an interest in sales.  This would be a full-time (8-5) position filled on a temp-to-hire basis with the right person, and the pay rate would be set based on the experience brought and the likely job responsibilities a new person could handle right out of the gate.
