Title:  Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Salary Range:  $19+/hr.
Position:  Office Manager
Description: 
Our client's small business office has an immediate temporary need to cover some invoicing and payables functions, with a longer term need to fill an office administrator role on a full-time or part-time schedule. This opportunity is a match for someone who is either available to fill in a gap or to interview for a potential permanent job arrangement.

In either case, the primary background needed is the accounting knowledge, with QuickBooks proficiency so you can step in to handle functions related to maintaining the banking and invoicing that will keep the business flowing smoothly. (A background check will be required.) While there are administrative functions that can be added to the position to create a full-time schedule, our client is open to something less than full time that gets the key bookkeeping work done each week.
